About S.H.E.
Sisters Healed & Empowered Inc. (S.H.E.) was founded by women who had survived the things no one tells you survive-able, and were still searching for the room where they could lay it down. We couldn't find that room, so we built it — first around one kitchen table, then in a borrowed fellowship hall, and now in a sunlit space that belongs to all of us. To empower, heal, and uplift women through restorative support, spiritual grounding, mentorship, empowerment programs, and community outreach.

First mentorship circle meets in a borrowed church fellowship hall.

Granted 501(c)(3) status. First paid staff member joins.

Open our first permanent community space.

200 women served. Partnerships with 6 local organizations.
Healing isn’t a program. It’s a posture.
We don’t run sessions. We keep company. We don’t measure progress in weeks, we measure it in the moment a sister stops apologizing for the space she takes up.
